We are a small, local, boutique furniture and event rental company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, specializing in chic, versatile pieces that range from timeless classics to bold, edgy statement items. Our goal is to help clients design unforgettable events with bar-centric event rentals while building an online community that’s inspired by style, creativity, and celebration.

The Role

We’re seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to bring our visual brand to life online. This role will focus on photography, videography, and content creation for Instagram—and ideally help us launch and grow a TikTok and possible Pinterest presence. You’ll capture the beauty and versatility of our rental collection, craft engaging posts and reels, and help build a community that translates into increased bookings and brand recognition. This would be a great side-gig to do in the evenings or weekends!

Responsibilities

  • Photograph and film glassware, bars, cocktail lounges, and styled setups at our loft, on-site events, and styled shoots
  • Edit and curate images and video for Instagram posts, reels, and stories (and TikTok + Pinterest if developed)
  • Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with the company’s voice, aesthetic, and goals
  • Write captions that feel chic, approachable, and community-building
  • Engage with followers (comments, DMs, shares) to foster brand loyalty and connection
  • Monitor trends in the event and design space and bring fresh ideas to keep the brand visually relevant and stylish
  • Collaborate with owner to brainstorm and showcase new inventory, styled looks, and rental ideas
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications

  • Strong photography and video skills (portfolio required)
  • Experience creating Instagram and/or TikTok content (especially reels and short-form video)
  • A natural eye for design, style, and aesthetics—able to highlight classic, chic, and edgy pieces in a cohesive way
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively
  • Strong writing skills for captions and storytelling
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, hashtags, and audio
  • Self-starter, creative, and organized (this is a one-person company—you’ll have freedom but also responsibility)
  • Experience in event design, rentals, or interior styling is a plus but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
