Social Media Content Photographer (Student Gigs)

Are you a visual storyteller looking to build your professional portfolio? We are a gift business seeking a talented and creative student photographer to join our team to capture "fresh" content for our website and social media channels (Instagram and Facebook).

We specialize in high-end, curated gift baskets, and we need your eye to make our products shine. This is a perfect role for an Arts, Photography, or Digital Media student who wants hands-on experience in product photography and social media content production.

Responsibilities

• Product Photography: Take high-quality, "lifestyle" and "studio" style photos of our gift baskets for website listings.
• Short-Form Video: Film and edit quick "clips" (3–10 seconds) for Instagram Reels and Stories (e.g., unboxing, close-ups of textures/ribbons, assembly process).
• Content Styling: Assist in "propping" the baskets (using ribbons, backgrounds, or natural lighting) to fit a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Arts, Photography, Film, or Marketing program
• Experience with a DSLR/Mirrorless camera OR high-end mobile photography/editing (iPhone 13+).
• Proficiency in editing apps (Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, or InShot).
• Ability to travel to our location in the Chestnut Hill/Newton area.
