Social Media Content Specialist/ Office assistant

As we expand, we’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Content Creator to help showcase our work and elevate our online presence.

What You’ll Do

• Capture high‑quality photos and videos of landscaping projects, crews, equipment, and before/after transformations
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Edit short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with strong storytelling and visual appeal
• Develop weekly content calendars and post consistently
• Highlight seasonal services (spring cleanups, mowing, fall cleanups, snow removal, etc.)
• Showcase company culture, team highlights, and behind‑the‑scenes moments
• Track engagement and recommend improvements to grow reach and leads
• Stay on top of trends in landscaping, home improvement, and social media

What We’re Looking For

• Strong photography and videography skills
• Experience editing short‑form video content
• Creative eye for angles, lighting, and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable visiting job sites and capturing real‑time work
• Knowledge of landscaping or outdoor services is a plus
• Reliable transportation

Tools & Skills That Help

• CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools
• Canva or graphic design basics
• Drone experience (optional but a big bonus)
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
