Social Media Coordinator

Position Overview:


We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage communication and the community for two dental offices, creating new content and approaching potential and current clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Creating forms, webpages, and workflows in Hubspot
  • Monitoring Community Text Platform - responding to incoming messages and creating connections with the Dental Nachos community
  • Managing Email, Phone and Zoom Communication
  • Creating posters on Canva
  • Creating CE courses on CE Zoom and adding them to the website using HUBDB on Hubspot
  • Cold-calling potential clients


Requirements :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or
  • At least 3+ years working in a managing social media, creating content or in similar positions.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Zoom, Calendly, Google Sheets.
  • Minimum Internet speed of 100 MBPS fiber connection.
