Pay: $800–$900 per week
Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator to be the face of our brand and showcase our construction projects online.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will visit job sites, capture before-and-after transformations, and create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

If you enjoy creating content, working with people, and being on-site, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos of construction projects (before, during, after)
• Create and post social media content (Reels, TikToks, short-form video)
• Help manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok presence
• Act as a friendly, professional face of the company when interacting with homeowners
• Coordinate simple project updates and documentation from job sites
• Collaborate with team members to highlight completed work and customer satisfaction

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Experience creating social media content (photo/video)
• Strong communication skills and friendly personality
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car (travel between job sites)
• Willing to obtain a Notary License upon hire
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a field environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Photography / videography experience
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
• Basic knowledge of construction, remodeling, or home services
