Position Title: Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Primarily on-site at Chick-fil-A restaurant (some remote flexibility)

Hours: 5–10 hours per week

Age Requirement: 18+

Pay: $15 - $17 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator to grow and strengthen our restaurant’s online presence. This part-time role is responsible for promoting the Chick-fil-A brand, increasing engagement, and building our local follower base through consistent, high-quality social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Promote products, events, team members, and community involvement
• Grow followers and increase engagement through strategic posting
• Capture in-restaurant photos/videos and highlight guest experiences
• Monitor comments and messages in alignment with brand standards
• Ensure all content aligns with Chick-fil-A corporate values and brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Creative eye for photography and short-form video content
• Excellent written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must align with Chick-fil-A’s corporate values and culture
