Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of our organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a part-time role focused on publishing, scheduling, and performance tracking, not content creation. You’ll work closely with our internal team and creators to ensure content is posted consistently and insights are captured to inform what’s working.

What You’ll Do


Content Scheduling & Publishing

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
  • Ensure posts are formatted correctly (captions, tags, links, thumbnails, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized content calendar
  • Coordinate with team members to confirm content is ready to go live

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across posts (views, engagement, saves, clicks)
  • Identify top-performing content weekly
  • Pull simple weekly reports with key insights and trends
  • Flag what’s working vs. not working

Light Admin

  • Organize content assets (Monday, Dropbox)
  • Ensure posts align with brand guidelines and timing priorities
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube posting workflows
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of social media metrics (engagement, reach, saves)
  • Reliable and consistent, this role is about execution and following brand standards

Compensation

  • Hourly or monthly retainer (based on experience)
  • 5–10 hours per week
