Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (Night Shift) On Site

Job Summary

Arrak Consulting is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage effective social media and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising, content management, and analytics, with a strategic mindset to ensure growth and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop and schedule content calendars for multiple platforms.
• Ensure sales-focused strategies while maintaining content sanity and understanding the target audience.
• Create engaging posts, videos, and stories in collaboration with the design team.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for maximum ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Stay updated with current trends and competitor activities to improve brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with Meta Ads & TikTok Ads management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work night shifts as per company requirements.
• May require international travel; candidates should be willing to travel if needed.

This position requires availability during the night shift to support store operations and reporting needs.
