Core Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media engagement strategies.
  • Schedule, and publish engaging content.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.
  • Caption Creation and Curation:
  • Write and edit compelling captions that resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Audience Engagement and Community Building:
  • Foster a positive online community.
  • Encourage user-generated content and positive reviews.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key engagement metrics.
  • Use analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Work with other departments to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
