Social Media Executive

Job Description:

Falaknaz Builder is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Media Manager to oversee all media-related activities, including digital, print, and broadcast. The Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, promote real estate projects, and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement media strategies to promote company projects.
• Manage advertising campaigns across digital, print, electronic, and outdoor platforms.
• Oversee content creation for social media, websites, and promotional material.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align media activities with business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Plan and execute media coverage for property expos, events, and project launches.
• Ensure brand consistency across all media channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in media management (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of media buying, planning, and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
