About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing one of our brand’s presence across multiple social media platforms. You will play a key role in creating engaging content, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage daily content creation, posting, and scheduling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Design, write, and edit engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content relevant.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget to ensure optimal ROI.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community interactions.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams for campaign planning.
• Stay updated on new features, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• upto 1 yeas of proven experience in social media management (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of different platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva/Photoshop, and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
