Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
- Design and edit engaging visual and video content
- Develop presentations and client pitches for social media strategies and campaigns
- Support and actively participate in digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assist in managing and optimizing Shopify stores
- Ensure consistent brand presence, engagement, and growth across platforms
- Handle client communication, queries, and timely responses
- Maintain monthly performance reports and records of social media activities
- Monitor engagement, trends, and audience behavior to improve performance
- Coordinate with internal teams for content creation and campaign execution
- Contribute to social media strategy planning and execution
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of social media management
- Strong content creation and creative thinking skills
- Good communication and client handling abilities
- Understanding of branding, audience engagement, and platform trends
- Ability to create presentations and pitch decks
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid advertising (Meta, Instagram, etc.) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Familiarity with content calendars and scheduling tools
- Experience working with clients or handling multiple accounts
- Basic understanding of Shopify or e-commerce platforms
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Experience Requirement
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
