About the Role

House of Flowers is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing online interactions, and strengthening our brand visibility across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, and stories that showcase our products and brand identity
• Develop monthly content calendars with optimised posting schedules, hashtag strategies, and engaging captions
• Manage Instagram and Facebook messages and respond to customer enquiries promptly during working hours
• Create engaging reels and stories to grow follower engagement and organic reach
• Ensure all branches (DHA, Gulberg, and Karachi) are equally represented across content and promotional campaigns
• Support paid advertising campaigns and track basic performance metrics (experience is a plus, not a must)
• Collaborate with management on brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and event marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Instagram and Facebook.
• Understanding of hashtag strategy and content optimisation.
• Photography and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Lightroom or similar)
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
