Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the Relief Department's programs and activities.
- Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate internally to gather content and stories that highlight the department's efforts and impact.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on the performance of social media activities.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the department's social media presence.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to amplify the reach of the relief initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, campaigns, and initiatives through social media channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a nonprofit or development sector.
- Proficiency in social media tools and platforms, editing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
