- Knowledge of advertising tools such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data
- Ability to optimize costs and effectively utilize advertising budget
- Ability to create creative and effective advertising content
- Good organizational skills and time management
- The desire for continuous learning and exploration of new advertising tools and strategies
- Higher education (preferably in marketing-related fields)
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good command of the English language
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to create reports and presentations
- Effective negotiations with external partners
- Experience in e-commerce will be an additional advantage
- Experience in Video Editing/Animation
- Proficiency in video editing tools
Your responsibilities
- Management of advertising campaigns on social media platforms
- Cost optimization of campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness
- Creation of advertising strategies aligned with business goals
- Creation and adaptation of advertising content to target groups
- Monitoring trends and novelties in the advertising market
- Data analysis and preparation of campaign effectiveness reports
- Collaboration with the marketing team and external advertising agencies
- Researching competition and identifying new promotion opportunities
- Setting goals and KPIs for individual campaigns
- Testing new advertising solutions and tools
- Maintaining brand image consistency on social media platforms
