Social Media Growth & Content Creator

We’re looking for a true social media expert — someone who understands how to build audiences, grow followers, and create content that performs across platforms.

This role supports digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands and entities, primarily focused on two online businesses and one brick-and-mortar brand. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: someone who understands platform algorithms, can create high-performing short-form video, and knows how to turn content into measurable growth.

Los Angeles-based candidates are strongly preferred, as on-site filming will be preferred for one of the businesses. However, we are open to exceptional candidates outside of LA if they demonstrate stellar social media skills and proven results.

This role is not fully on-site and offers flexibility depending on project needs.

Social Media & Content Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and produce high-performing short-form video content for:
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Facebook Video / Reels
• Create content designed specifically to build followers, increase engagement, and drive growth
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms
• Edit videos with strong pacing, hooks, captions, and storytelling that drive retention
• Identify trends early and translate them into brand-relevant content
• Maintain consistent output while balancing quality and speed
• Develop and maintain brand voice and visual consistency across multiple entities
• Test, analyze, and iterate content based on performance metrics
• Collaborate with leadership on content direction and strategy

Marketing & Brand Support

• Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules
• Support paid social creative when needed
• Track performance metrics and organize content assets
• Assist with launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives across brands
• Participate in on-site filming as needed (preferred)

• Advanced short-form video editing skills
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior

• Self-directed, organized, and able to work across multiple brands
• Tech-forward and comfortable using modern tools and AI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with aesthetic medicine, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Experience creating ad creatives or supporting paid social
• Experience growing accounts from early stage to scale
