Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Handler with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing our brand’s social presence, creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and supporting overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily social media activities (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions)
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and encourage community interaction
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools a plus)
• Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in running paid campaigns is a plus
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
