Social Media Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Intern to join our marketing team in Salt Lake City. You'll help bring BiggerPockets' voice to life across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms — supporting content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution for a brand with a highly engaged, passionate audience of real estate investors.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and scheduling content across social platforms
• Help draft captions, community replies, and short-form video concepts
• Support content shoots (filming, light editing) for Reels/TikTok/Shorts
• Track engagement metrics and help compile performance reports
• Monitor trends relevant to real estate and personal finance audiences
• Collaborate with the content and podcast teams on cross-promotion

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Active, savvy user of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — you understand what makes content perform
• Strong writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) a plus
• Interest in or love of real estate – it’s who we are and what we do
• Based in Salt Lake City for the summer

Pay: $15.00 per hour
