We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media activities to strengthen visibility, engagement, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify target audiences and select the right platforms.
• Create monthly/weekly content calendars.
• Content Creation & Management
• Craft engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.).
• Collaborate with Production team.
• Growth & Advertising
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Youtube, TikTok).
• Monitor follower growth, reach, and engagement.
• SEO Outreach
• Optimize content for search engines (keywords, on-page/off-page SEO).
• Track rankings, traffic, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate campaigns and measure ROI.
• Publishing
• Schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Upload and manage videos on YouTube (including thumbnailing, titles)
• Collaboration
• Coordinate with sales, design, and other teams.
• Support influencer outreach and digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, influencer outreach, or graphic/video editing is a plus.
