Position Summary
Qureshi Group, a leading name in the beauty and lifestyle industry, is seeking an innovative, data-driven, and creative Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand identity, enhance digital visibility, and drive customer engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of beauty trends, digital marketing strategies, and consumer behavior, with proven expertise in managing and scaling social media platforms.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that our social media channels reflect the premium image of our brand while achieving measurable growth in engagement, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Content Development
- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and seasonal beauty campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a yearly social media and campaign calendar, ensuring timely planning, execution, and performance tracking of all activities.
- Create, curate, and oversee high-quality visuals, videos, and copywriting that reflect the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates a consistent brand story.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to design, plan, and execute social media campaigns and related content initiatives.
2. Brand Engagement, Influencer & Celebrity Collaboration
- Build, engage, and nurture a loyal community of beauty enthusiasts and clients.
- Respond promptly to customer queries, reviews, and comments, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Organize interactive campaigns (live sessions, challenges, polls, Q&As) to boost engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with influencers, celebrities, bloggers, and beauty experts to expand brand reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage influencer/celebrity partnerships from negotiation to campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
3. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite to track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure Qureshi Group remains competitive.
- Keep track of planned activities vs. actual implementation to ensure calendar execution is on track.
4. Paid Advertising & Growth Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Define target audience personas and implement segmented ad campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
- Monitor ad spend, budgets, and performance to ensure cost-effectiveness.
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration
- Work closely with the Marketing, Design, PR, and Sales teams to align social media strategies with company objectives.
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand events with digital amplification strategies.
- Partner with Graphic Designers, Videographers, and Content Writers for seamless execution of creative campaigns.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in handling social media strategy, execution, and coordination of related content initiatives.
6. Innovation & Trend Monitoring
- Stay ahead of global beauty and social media trends, adopting innovative approaches to content and campaigns.
- Experiment with emerging formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok campaigns, AR filters, etc.) to increase brand visibility.
- Recommend new tools, apps, and technologies to enhance social media performance.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Business Administration.
- Master’s degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Social Media Management, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, hashtags, paid advertising, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva for basic design and content creation.
