Require a Social Media/ Brand Manager for 4 of our in house brands - Salon, Makeup & Clothing. Required from the profile are following roles and responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Planning
- Create a distinct social media calendar for each brand.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics while differentiating between the 4 identities.
- Content Creation & Coordination
- Ideation of reels, stories, posts, blogs, emailers.
- Coordinating with photographers, designers, videographers, and salon staff for shoots.
- Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
- Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Track CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.
- Optimize ad spends for lead generation and bookings (salon + bridal makeups + clothing sales).
- Community & Client Engagement
- Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly.
- Drive traffic from social media to actual business (appointments, consultations, or sales).
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monthly reporting of performance (growth in followers, reach, engagement, leads, ROI).
- Recommend changes based on data.
- Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Shortlist and negotiate with influencers.
- Plan cross-promotions, giveaways, and collaborations.
- Trendspotting & Competitor Benchmarking
- Keep up with Instagram, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn trends.
- Suggest creative campaigns to stand out.
