Footy, which recently opened Tucson’s first turf soccer complex, is looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our brand and community online.

About Footy

Founded in Europe in 2010, Footy has become a growing soccer sensation. Thousands of teams play in our leagues, and we’ve opened three Footy Parks to date.

We’ve been active in Tucson since 2021 and proudly opened our first Footy Park here in September.

At Footy, we believe soccer is more than just a sport—it unites people, builds teams, and creates unforgettable experiences. We bring the game in its most accessible formats (5v5 and 7v7) for men, women, and youth. Everyone who can play—or wants to—can join.

About the Job

As Social Media Manager, you will:

• Grow brand awareness among our key target audiences
• Create engaging content to promote leagues and events
• Design graphics aligned with Footy’s branding
• Shoot, edit, and coordinate video production
• Entertain and inform our online community
• Set up and run ad campaigns across social platforms
• Explore new media channels to reach wider audiences
• Strengthen, interact with, and grow the Footy community online
• Measure, analyze, and optimize digital strategy

Who We’re Looking For

• Passion for storytelling, especially in sports
• Experience with content creation and advertising
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or similar
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop or equivalent)
• Skilled in video production: shooting, interviewing, editing
• Proven track record with successful ad campaigns
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Access to own transport and camera equipment
• Living in (or willing to relocate to) Tucson, AZ
