We are a dynamic company looking to enhance our online presence across multiple platforms, including our website, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. We’re seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our brand’s digital engagement.

Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior to create compelling content that resonates with our target demographic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and curate engaging, on-brand content (including visuals, videos, and captions) for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and our website’s social media channels.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, challenges, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost follower growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates) and provide regular reports with insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads, influencer collaborations, and cross-platform promotions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, values, and aesthetic across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Trend Awareness: Proven ability to identify and leverage social media trends, memes, and challenges to create viral or highly engaging content.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in creating high-quality visuals and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms, features, and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling captions and engaging with audiences.
  • Creativity: Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box to produce innovative content.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO and website content integration.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
