Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories tailored for each platform.
- Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize content for reach and engagement.
- Work with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of different social platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and B2B content trends is a plus.
