Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories tailored for each platform.
  • Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize content for reach and engagement.
  • Work with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of different social platforms and their best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and B2B content trends is a plus.
