Globe Call Centre is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and online engagement, someone who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns and boost our digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor trends, respond to audience interactions, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create creative visuals, videos, and posts.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or a related role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may apply).
  • Excellent understanding of social media tools, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Strong communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of design or video editing tools will be a plus.

Office Timings: 12 pm to 8 pm (5 days a week)

Office Location: Plot No. 206, East Service Road, I 10/3, Islamabad.
