Driven Properties is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our presence across all major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, driving engagement, and creating compelling content that reflects our position as one of Dubai’s leading real estate companies. This role requires someone with strong creative judgment, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset to optimize performance and support marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the social media strategy for Driven Properties across Instagram, facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Plan and oversee monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, brand priorities, and property launches.
- Work closely with the creative, design, and production teams to produce high-quality content that reflects Driven’s visual identity and tone of voice.
- Ensure every post, caption, and campaign is creative, on-brand, and consistent with our overall marketing direction.
- Monitor and optimize performance regularly.
- Deliver monthly analytics reports to optimize content and posting strategies.
- Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and community interaction.
- Collaborate with PR and performance marketing teams to maintain a cohesive brand narrative across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements

4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate, luxury, or lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of analytics, algorithms, and content trends across all major social platforms.
- Proven track record in building and executing data-backed creative strategies that drive measurable results.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Brandwatch, Falcon.io, or similar.
- A balance of creativity and brand discipline, with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate with videographers, editors, designers, and marketing leads in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience writing scripts, hooks, and captions tailored for social media reels and campaigns.
- Basic video editing skills and ability to create or refine short-form social content.
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Lightroom).
- Understanding of visual composition, layout, and tone for both organic and paid content.
- Familiarity with social media SEO, trend research, and storytelling techniques.
