We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands social trends, creates engaging content, analyzes performance metrics, and helps drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content including captions, graphics, short-form videos, and stories
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner
• Track analytics and performance metrics; prepare reports and insights
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships (if applicable)
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if applicable)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy accordingly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience in Social Media Management
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills
• Experience with paid ads and influencer marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
