Social Media Manager and Content Creator

About the Role

We are building a boutique fitness studio in Austin, and we are looking for a local social media manager to grow with us from day one. This is a creative partnership, not just a gig.

You will start by managing the personal Instagram accounts of our two founders, building real audiences around fitness, lifestyle, nutrition, and business, as the foundation for launching the studio's brand account later on.

What You Will Do

Create Reels, Stories, and posts for two personal Instagram accounts. Film content with us in person in Austin. Write captions and research trending audio and formats. Manage daily engagement including comments, DMs, and story replies. Audit and clean up our current Instagram presence. Track performance and deliver a monthly insights report.

What We Are Looking For

You are based in Austin and available for in-person filming sessions. You have a genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle content. You have experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools. You are self-directed and do not need heavy oversight to deliver. You want to go deep with one brand rather than spread thin across many clients. Familiarity with Lagree or boutique fitness is a bonus but not required.
