We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to capture and share the story of our agents, culture, growth, and events.

Position Overview

This role will be responsible for creating and managing social media content that highlights the success and energy of our brokerages. The position requires traveling throughout Northeast Ohio to capture video, interview agents, and document events.

The goal of this role is simple: tell the story of the K1 Network through engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture video and photo content across all four brokerages
• Produce reels, short-form videos, and social media posts
• Attend and document brokerage events, trainings, and celebrations
• Identify and share agent success stories and company highlights
• Manage and publish content across social media platforms
• Maintain a consistent content schedule and brand voice
• Work with leadership to promote the K1 Network brand and culture

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating social media and video content
• Strong editing skills for short-form video (reels, Instagram, TikTok-style content)
• Creative mindset with marketing awareness
• Comfortable filming, interviewing, and producing content
• Ability to travel throughout Northeast Ohio
• Must provide portfolio or examples of previous content created

Compensation
