Role Overview

Black Diamond Media Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic and rapidly growing creative agency, is seeking a talented female Social Media Manager to lead social media strategies for high-profile brands. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative eye for content, and hands-on experience in both organic growth and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly analytics reports, and recommend improvements.
• Actively engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and quality.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and platform updates to keep strategies relevant.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management (agency or brand side).
• Strong knowledge of all major social platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Female candidates only.
• Must currently reside in DHA, Lahore (on-site position).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
