social media manager + in-house videographer

this position is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, aspiring content creator, videographer, or social media marketer looking to build a strong portfolio in luxury aesthetics, wellness, and personal branding.

everandthen collective is a luxury aesthetics and wellness practice in bethesda, maryland specializing in advanced injectable treatments, regenerative medicine, and natural facial rejuvenation.

we are looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated intern to help create engaging social media content while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, videography, branding, and business growth.

this is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants real-world experience building a luxury brand from the inside.

what you’ll do

content creation

• film treatments, consultations, behind-the-scenes footage, and office culture
• capture content for instagram, tiktok, reels, stories, and youtube
• assist with photography and video production
• help organize and maintain our content library

video editing

• edit short-form video content
• create engaging reels and tiktoks using trending formats
• add captions, transitions, and graphics
• assist with content repurposing across multiple platforms

social media support

• help maintain our content calendar
• assist with posting and scheduling content
• research trends, sounds, and content opportunities
• monitor engagement and report performance metrics

marketing & brand growth

• participate in brainstorming sessions
• assist with photoshoots, events, and content days
• help develop creative marketing campaigns
• learn luxury brand marketing strategies firsthand

what we’re looking for

• passion for social media, content creation, photography, or videography
• familiarity with instagram and tiktok
• strong attention to detail
• positive attitude and willingness to learn
• highly organized and dependable
• comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

schedule
