About the Role: SkyShare is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive the execution of our content and paid social strategy. This is a highly visible role that will be working closely with the executive team.

The Mission for this Position: The Social Media manager will own organic and paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will also lead the execution of content creation and will be pivotal in expanding the social media presence for SkyShare.

Right Person, Right Seat: The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of creative talent (photography, videography, design) and technical expertise (media buying, targeting, analytics), especially within the Meta Ads ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram). This is a hands-on role that is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and performance marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management and paid social advertising
  • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and skilled in setting up conversion tracking. Experience with LinkedIn Ads is helpful but not required.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, photography, video, and campaign performance
  • Deep knowledge of social media trends, platform best practices, and content formats is required. Experience with influencer collaboration is also of benefit.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
  • Experience using social publishing tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later)
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with luxury brands, luxury product marketing or promoting to high net worth audiences and/or the Private Aviation industry is preferred.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
    • Develop and manage monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Produce engaging visual and video content from concept to execution
    • Write compelling captions aligned with brand tone, voice, and audience interests
    • Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
    • Schedule and publish content using tools such as Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or native apps
  • Paid Social Media Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn
    • Define audiences, set up campaign structures, A/B test creative and placements, and manage budgets.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
    • Ensure campaigns are aligned with larger brand and business goals (e.g., awareness, lead gen, conversion)
  • Design & Multimedia
    • Create original graphics, video content, and motion assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom
    • Capture and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos for social (Reels, Stories, etc.)
    • Maintain visual consistency across all platforms in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and analyze performance across organic and paid campaigns using native platform tools and Google Analytics
    • Use insights to iterate on content and ad strategies
    • Provide monthly reporting to stakeholders with clear metrics, wins, and areas for improvement

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $65,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience
