About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who can both manage social media accounts and design engaging posts that drive brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
• Design high-quality posts, reels, and story graphics.
• Create engaging captions aligned with brand voice.
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics.
• Improve follower growth and engagement rates.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and launches.
• Stay updated with trends and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands.
• Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Ai tools.
• Understanding of content strategy, engagement tactics, and growth strategies.
• Ability to create visually appealing and conversion-focused posts.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce, baby products, or lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads or paid campaigns.
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).
