Social Media Manager - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies to grow the organic presence of both internal brands and client accounts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Write engaging and brand-aligned content for posts, with experience blending creativity and consistency.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Work closely with designers to create graphics, videos, and other visual assets.
• Use automation and scheduling tools (e.g., SocialPilot, Hootsuite, Buffer) to publish and monitor posts across multiple accounts.
• Optimize YouTube channels and content through SEO and video strategy.
• Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and provide clear reports with insights and recommendations.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful community relationships.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands.
• Proven ability to grow followers, increase engagement, and expand organic reach.
• Strong writing and editing skills for social media content.
• Experience with social media automation and scheduling tools (e.g., SocialPilot, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video strategy.
• Ability to collaborate with designers and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
