Role Description

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to create short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok) and help maintain our social media presence. This role requires a unique balance of on-set production and strategic office-based planning.

This is an in-person position made up of both set days and office days. You will be on the ground during shoot days, capturing behind-the-scenes footage and filming original Shorts between productions and on set.

When not filming, you will be based in the office to handle shorts editing, strategy, maintenance of our discord server and growing our social media platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Filming trend-based and BTS content during production. You’ll be responsible for executing quick, engaging ideas.
• Handling the filming (mobile or camera) and rapid-fire editing of Shorts to keep our feeds fresh.
• Developing and maintaining a consistent posting schedule. You are in charge of hitting our specific posting goals every week.
• Monitoring analytics to see what’s sticking and pivoting your strategy based on the data.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or significantly contributing to social media pages that show real growth.
• Deep understanding of "the hook," re-watchability, and the YouTube Shorts/TikTok algorithms.
• You thrive in a fast-paced filming environment but can also put your head down in an office setting to execute a content calendar.
• Ability to work seamlessly with a production team without disrupting the main workflow.
