Social Media Manager(On-site)

Job Overview:

Orbitors IT Solutions is hiring a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms.This role requires strategic thinking, content planning, ad management, and community-building expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience managing organic and paid campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to support business objectives.

You will play a vital role in developing our online voice while collaborating with the creative team to maintain consistent brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Create platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, andX
• Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns for paid promotions and lead generation
• Build community organically through engagement, replies, and outreach
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results
• Research trends, monitor competitors, and apply best practices
• Collaborate with the graphics team to prepare visuals and ensure consistent branding
• Knowledge of basic image/video shooting and editing

Requirements:

✅ Hands-on experience with social platforms and digital content

✅ Understanding of Meta Business Suite and ad campaign setups

✅ Familiarity with social media automation and tracking tools

✅ Ability to create content that converts and engages

✅ Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

✅ Collaborative mindset to work with design and marketing teams

✅ Basic video production/editing skills are an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peshawar Gpo (25000): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
