Job Title: Social Media Manager

Desire Homes is a leading home furniture brand, showcasing luxury, comfort, and style. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage effective social media strategies.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, reels, stories, posts) aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Manage daily operations of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience insights to maximize engagement and reach.
• Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and track performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries to ensure excellent customer engagement.
• Analyze performance data, prepare reports and insights, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Executive.
• Strong understanding of content creation, social media algorithms, and online marketing tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising campaigns.
• Excellent communication, creative writing, and design sense.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the furniture, lifestyle, or home décor industry.
• Photography/Videography and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
