Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms and increase sales. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Duties

• Develop and execute engaging social media content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends through social listening to inform strategy adjustments.
• Create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage relationships with the online community.
• Produce high-quality content that includes proofreading, photography, video editing, and graphic design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
• Familiarity with social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of e-commerce practices is a plus.
