Schedule: 30–40 Hours per Week Monday- Friday (Some Weekends)

We are building a premium service brand — and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape the social media brand.

Peak Pest Control is growing rapidly and investing heavily in brand presence, ad creative, and social growth. This role requires someone who can take initiative, execute consistently, and contribute creative direction — not someone who simply follows a checklist.

You will play a direct role in how our brand is seen online. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality, moves with urgency, and wants to build something long-term.

What You’ll Do

• Film technicians in the field (service visits, transformations, testimonials, culture moments)
• Capture short-form vertical content regularly
• Edit high-performing videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and paid ads
• Build and maintain a structured content calendar
• Publish and optimize posts to drive engagement and growth
• Prepare creative assets for social, website, and ad campaigns
• Maintain strong visual brand consistency
• Assist with marketing events (planning, setup, live content capture)
• Assist the team with additional projects and initiatives as directed by the Marketing Manager.

As our marketing department grows, this role will grow with it.

• Comfortable filming in field environments
• Detail-oriented, organized, and high energy
• Understands short-form video strategy and trends
• Interested in helping build a premium brand long-term

Requirements

• Resume required
• Portfolio strongly recommended (business accounts + content created will be prioritized)
• 30-60 second video submission introducing yourself and your experience
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe preferred
