• Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Below NIPA Flyover, Karachi.

Days & Timings

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Day Shift: 11 AM - 8 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Social Media Groups, Communities, Pages (Posting, Approval, Management, Commenting, Interaction)
• Generate leads from social media using live chat or calls and convert leads into customers.
• Handling real-time customer interactions.
• Providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure all chats meet quality and response time standards.

Requirements

• Gender: Females Only
• Education: Inter to Masters
• Experience: 1+ year lead generation and customer acquisition using social media using live chat (text, voice or video).
• Must have command on some of the following: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Live Chat
• Good Communication skills: Urdu, Roman Urdu or English.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
