Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and execute our social media marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging content, growing online presence, and driving website traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

2. Manage and maintain company's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

3. Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.

4. Conduct social media analytics and reporting to track performance and adjust strategies.

5. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, marketing) to ensure brand consistency.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising options.

3. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
