Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Create engaging content and campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the call centre team to achieve performance targets
  • Develop and implement efficient call centre processes and workflows
  • Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and ensure high-quality customer interactions
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and digital campaigns
  • Experience managing a team, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Creative mindset with a focus on results
