Social Media Marketing Expert

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Expert who can manage and grow our digital presence while generating qualified leads.

Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based.

Office Locations:

• Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi
• DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi

Office Days and Timing: Monday to Saturday | 11 AM - 8 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media platforms including:
• Facebook Pages & Groups
• Instagram
• YouTube
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• WhatsApp Communities
• Create engaging images, reels, short videos, and promotional content with the help of team
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
• Write compelling captions and call-to-actions
• Generate qualified leads through organic and paid strategies
• Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Respond to comments, inbox messages, and community queries
• Monitor analytics and submit weekly performance reports
• Build and manage online communities related to marriage, relationships, and family topics
• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups

Requirements

• At least Graduate with good academic background.
• 4+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Excellent command and understanding of social media language, using viral captions, content and eye for the perfect digital media content and creatives
• Command on running Meta Ads
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• Strong copywriting skills (Urdu & English)
• Ability to create viral and engaging content
• Knowledge of trends and algorithms
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
