Job description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in social media management and expertise in content creation. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in content creation, including graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic SEO and social media advertising is a plus.
