Social Media Marketing Manager

Ecom Era is a growing eCommerce growth agency helping international brands scale on Amazon and digital platforms. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence, content strategy, and engagement across social channels.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and build authority for our agency and partner brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & Facebook
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars
• Create engaging posts (reels, carousels, short-form videos, captions)
• Manage posting schedules and daily account activity
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
• Track analytics and optimize performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on campaigns
• Stay updated with trends and implement growth tactics
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta / TikTok preferred)

Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing brand social media accounts
• Strong understanding of content strategy & platform algorithms
• Experience with short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
• Basic knowledge of paid social advertising
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Agency or digital marketing experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
