Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in organic growth and paid advertising and a strong understanding of content planning and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute a monthly and weekly content calendar
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve performance
• Develop engaging, high-quality content aligned with brand voice
• Write compelling captions and use relevant hashtags to maximize reach
• Increase followers, reach, impressions, clicks, and shares through organic strategies
• Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Maintain a positive and consistent brand image across all platforms
• Use Canva (basic level) for post designs and creatives
• Monitor analytics, insights, and KPIs to improve performance
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager
• Hands-on experience in growing followers and reach organically
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Ability to plan content calendars and execute campaigns
• Basic working knowledge of Canva
• Understanding of social media metrics and reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with social media analytics tools
• Knowledge of brand positioning and online reputation management
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
