Social Media Marketing Specialist

The primary purpose of this role is to display our daily operations on social media platforms in a fun, professional and informative way in order to attract new customers. Base rate $16/hr plus monthly bonus based on leads generated.

Monthly Bonus: based on leads generated per month (must acquire minimum 10 leads per month)

Job responsibilities

Daily posts (TikTok, FB, IG, Youtube):

• (reel/share to story) 2/day (can be from list below or other)
• (story) 2/day of dogs currently in training

Weekly posts & duties (TikTok, FB, IG, Youtube):

• (post/share to story) Photo of each graduating dog (with owners and certificate) and a personal story sharing something about them
• (post) First day of training photo of every dog sharing something about the dog with the chalkboard
• (reel, video for FB, and Youtube short) 1/week client testimonial
• (post) 2/week of client reviews from Google/FB/surveys
• Weekly analytic reporting to manager
• (post) 1/week about The Go Team Therapy Dogs
• (post) 2/week about Grooming department
• (post) 2/week about Camp department
• (post) 1/week about Top Quality Dog Food
• (reel) 1/week of group class
• Share content with our SEO Company

Requirements:

• Experience in video editing, broad knowledge of social media trends and effectively reaching an audience
• Sign nondisclosure

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $30,720.00 - $51,420.00 per year
