Develop and manage comprehensive social media content calendars, including ideation, creation, and scheduling of engaging posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Snapchat.
Create high-quality, original content (graphics, videos, copy, and such) tailored to client's and internal brand voice and target audience.
Monitor and manage community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships and build community loyalty.
Post and optimize content across all relevant social channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
Analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or platform-native insights to measure ROI and refine strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals and campaigns.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management, with a proven track record in the US market.
Demonstrated experience in US-based social media operations, including familiarity with regional trends, regulations, and audience behaviors.
Strong proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design software basic knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Hands-on experience with paid social media advertising, specifically on Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation and community engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced in-office environment during EST business hours (e.g., 9 PM - 6 AM PST, on-site).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
