Social Media Marketing Specialist (SMM)

What we’re looking for:

We need a Social Media Specialist!

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving our online presence and engagement. Your main responsibilities will include creating and scheduling content, analyzing engagement metrics to refine strategies, and actively interacting with our online community.

You must stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and be able to use data to guide content strategy. Your role will involve not only posting content but also understanding our brand's narrative to communicate effectively with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and schedule compelling social media posts for different platforms
  • Monitor and respond to follower interactions
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy

Must have:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects while maintaining the highest standard of quality
  • A calm and collected approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Impeccable command of the English language. To be able to attract, influence, and convert with limited characters.
  • Master or higher level of education preferred
