Social Media & Marketing Strategist

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Marketing Strategist who can manage multiple client accounts, develop marketing strategies, and bring fresh campaign ideas that help businesses grow. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, marketing tools, content planning, paid campaigns, and brand communication. This role requires someone who can think creatively, stay organized, and confidently handle multiple projects and clients at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple client social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Snapchat

Create and execute social media marketing strategies tailored to each client’s business goals

Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies Develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand growth Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce engaging content Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations Use marketing tools for scheduling, analytics, CRM, and campaign management Communicate with clients professionally and present ideas, strategies, and performance updates Generate leads and engagement through innovative digital marketing activities Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels Requirements Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing trends Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously Knowledge of marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or similar tools Ability to create marketing strategies and campaign plans Creative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills Understanding of paid ads, audience targeting, and campaign optimization Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience in content creation and branding is an advantage

Preferred Skills

Graphic design or basic video editing knowledge Copywriting and content planning skills Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing Photography/videography direction experience is a plus

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
